1. Area of application

2. Conclusion of a contract
You can place orders through our website. By ordering the desired merchandise we receive your firm offer for a conclusion of a contract. Than we are legitimated to accept your offer within 14 days by sending you a confirmation of order by post or via e-mail. Your order is deemed to be accepted as soon as you receive a confirmation. Your offer is declined if it does not get accepted within 14 days. Products which are not mentioned in the confirmation will not be part of the contract of purchase. In case we are not able to send the ordered merchandise, through no fault of our own but because our contractor did not follow the contractual commitments, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. If the ordered merchandise is send without insured shipping and gets lost by mail through no fault of one's own we assume no liability.

3. Delivery
Merchandise in stock will be delivered to you inland (Germany) within 3 to 5 business days through Hermes or DHL. Shippings of merchandise in stock outside of Germany but within Europe regularly take 10 to 14 business days. Shippings to non european countries are dependent on the mode of shipment (air mail / by land / by sea) and the country of origin. All of the above named delivery times are without obligation unless the delivery period was explicitly arranged between us. If we fall behind schedule in this case additional time limit of two weeks will be required. If we fail to meet that new deadline again, the customer is entitled to terminate the contract. If a product should not be in stock and therefore is not deliverable, we will inform you immediately about the new delivery date or alternatively that the product can not be delivered at all. We reserve the right to send partial delieveries if that serves a fast handling and if it seems acceptable for you. The extra costs for partial delieveries will be covered by us. In case we are not able to send the ordered merchandise, through no fault of our own but because our contractor did not follow the contractual commitments, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.

4. Right of revocation
You may declare the revocation of your contractual statement in text form (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the merchandise within a period of two weeks. The revocation does not have to contain any reasoning. The revocation period commences the day following the receipt of merchandise and this revocation instruction in text form. The time-limit shall be deemed to be observed by the timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the return shipment.

The right of revocation does not apply on contracts for the supply of goods produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which, by reason of their quality, are not suitable for return or may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded, or for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software where the seal on the data carriers has been broken by the consumer, or for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

Consequences of revocation In case of a valid revocation, all mutually received performances as well as emoluments taken (e.g. interest), if applicable, are to be restituted by either side. If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the merchandise to us or can only restitute it in a deteriorated condition, then you have to insofar compensate for its value where applicable. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to examining the merchandise – as for instance in a retail store – or putting the merchandise to its intended use. Incidentally, you can avoid deteriorated conditions by not acting as if the product is part of your belongings and refrain from anything that could decrease the products value. 5. Costs
All stated prices are Euro prices and are inclusive of VAT. Handling and shipping costs will be added as defined in 6 below.

The compensation of already built up credit is not possible through online orders at the moment due to technical reasons. We are not responsible for delivery times. The particular logistics company will notify about the estimated delivery time. Weekend and holidays do not count. The delivery time also depends an the senders location and the delivery address especially during peak-times.

a) Payments in advance via bank transfers
We send you an order confirmation via e-mail. As soon as we receive the amount due we will send you the merchandise.

c) Default of payment
If at the end of the payment term, the client is in default, we reserve the right to charge default interest.

8. Defects Liability
The defects liability is based on legal regulations. Normal wear and tear of the products do not establish a warranty claim. We kindly ask to send us a proof of the date of purchase using a copy of the bill and the defected products in case of a reclamation to the following address:

9. Reservation of ownership
The delivered goods are considered our property until payment in full has been made/received.

13. Choice of Law
German Right is essential excluding the UN-law of sale concerning all disputes based on this agreement.

14. Final clause
If one of the conditions agreed to these terms and conditions of business is or becomes, wholly or in part, void or invalid, the validity of this Agreement is not affected.
